This Recipe Makes 2 Servings (10 oz).

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the whites of 3 eggs, the 1/2 cup of milk, tablespoon of cinnamon and teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk well using a fork or wire whip until well blended. [2 Minutes]
Step 2Heat a large non-stick skilled over medium heat for approximately one minute. [1 Minutes]
Step 3Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture, making sure the entire slice is thoroughly coated. As you are done with each slice, place it on the hot skillet. [3 Minutes]
Step 4Allow the french toast to cook from 2-4 minutes, then flip over - cooking an additional 2-4 minutes. While the first side is cooking - peel and slice your banana, and chop your walnuts. [8 Minutes]
Step 5When french toast is done cooking, put it on the plate. In the same skillet you just cooked the french toast in, add the sliced bananas and chopped walnuts and heat for 2 minutes. [2 Minutes]
Step 6Add the maple syrup to the pan, and heat for another two minutes. Then pour this mixture over the french toast. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the top (a flour sifter works great for creating a nice even spread). Enjoy! [2 Minutes]

Total Preparation Time: 18 Minutes.
