| Step 1 | In a small bowl, combine the whites of 3 eggs, the 1/2 cup of milk, tablespoon of cinnamon and teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk well using a fork or wire whip until well blended. [2 Minutes] |
| Step 2 | Heat a large non-stick skilled over medium heat for approximately one minute. [1 Minutes] |
| Step 3 | Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture, making sure the entire slice is thoroughly coated. As you are done with each slice, place it on the hot skillet. [3 Minutes] |
| Step 4 | Allow the french toast to cook from 2-4 minutes, then flip over - cooking an additional 2-4 minutes. While the first side is cooking - peel and slice your banana, and chop your walnuts. [8 Minutes] |
| Step 5 | When french toast is done cooking, put it on the plate. In the same skillet you just cooked the french toast in, add the sliced bananas and chopped walnuts and heat for 2 minutes. [2 Minutes] |
| Step 6 | Add the maple syrup to the pan, and heat for another two minutes. Then pour this mixture over the french toast. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the top (a flour sifter works great for creating a nice even spread). Enjoy! [2 Minutes] |
